Section 01

Terms & Conditions

Effective 29 October 2026 · Polish law, subject to mandatory customer protections

1. About these terms

These terms explain the general conditions under which Gatslubs supplies goods and professional services. The contracting company is GATSLUBS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered in Warsaw, Poland. Individual quotations and service agreements may include additional terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and services

Our catalogue includes goods held in inventory, products sourced against customer orders, and technology and consulting services. We aim to describe each offering accurately and confirm material specifications and availability before accepting an order where needed.

3. Quotations and orders

Catalogue prices and estimator results are indicative and do not guarantee availability. A quotation may state quantity, price, currency, delivery arrangements and validity. An order is accepted under the applicable checkout process or by written confirmation from Gatslubs.

4. Prices and taxes

The payment currency and amount will be confirmed before purchase or in the written quotation. VAT, import duties and other charges depend on the transaction and destination. Any customer responsibility for such costs should be identified in the agreed terms. Banks may apply conversion fees.

5. Payment arrangements

Retail orders may require payment before dispatch. Wholesale orders and professional services may have separately agreed payment schedules. Accepted methods, due dates and account details will be stated in the relevant commercial documents.

6. Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery arrangements and estimates depend on availability, destination and transport method. Ownership and responsibility for goods during transport are governed by the agreed delivery terms and mandatory law. We will advise customers of material changes to agreed delivery arrangements.

7. Problems with goods

Please inspect goods after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is missing, damaged or different from the agreed specification. Provide the order reference and supporting details where available. Reporting delays do not remove statutory consumer rights.

8. Warranties and statutory rights

Warranty terms depend on the goods and any manufacturer or commercial warranty supplied. Consumers may have separate statutory rights when goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. These rights are not replaced by a voluntary warranty.

9. Professional services

Technology and advisory assignments are generally agreed through a written quotation or service agreement covering scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and schedule. Changes to scope should be agreed before additional work is undertaken.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and original materials may be protected by intellectual property law. Ownership and permitted use of reports, software and other service deliverables are determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

11. Liability and unforeseen events

Each party remains responsible for its contractual obligations under applicable law. Events outside reasonable control may affect performance; where they do, the parties should discuss the practical options. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Gatslubs is established in Poland. Polish law generally applies unless another arrangement is validly agreed. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rules continue to apply. Please contact us first so we can review any concern.

13. Notices and contact

Questions about these terms or a particular transaction can be sent to support@gatslubs.com or by post to our registered office at ul. Puławska 11, lok. 2, 02-515 Warszawa, Poland.

Returns & Refunds

Dispatch depends on confirmed inventory, payment and warehouse arrangements. The expected dispatch date is confirmed for the order.

Sourced-to-order goods

Supplier procurement or preparation may add time. We will advise of expected lead times before accepting the purchase.

Customs and duties

International shipments may involve import charges and clearance requirements. Responsibility will be stated in the quotation or delivery terms.

Large consignments

Palletised and specialist goods may require individual freight quotes, unloading equipment or special access arrangements.

Delivery problems

Contact us with your order reference if goods are delayed, missing or damaged. Keep packaging and photographs where practical.
